{BLUEFIN & BONITO TRIP, PLEASE READ FULL TRIP DETAILS} ------- RODS & TACKLE: This is a bring-your-own rods and tackle trip. Recommended gear includes a heavy trolling setup with 50–80 lb braid and appropriate mono/fluorocarbon top shot or leader. For trolling, Madmacs-style high-speed trolling lures are recommended, IN ADDTION, knife jigs and/or Shimano Current Sniper-style jigs around 100g, with additional jigs in roughly the 100–200g range. Smaller jigs may be useful when fish are closer to the surface. Please come prepared with tackle suitable for targeting bluefin tuna.
